Birth and baptismal certificate for Georg F. Willard, born 2 May 1859, and baptised 14 May 1859, in Logansport, Indiana. Recorded on a printed form, with historiated border and an engraving of John the Baptist and Jesus at the head. The border includes Moses with the Ten Commandments on the left, and Jesus carrying his crosson the right, and a baptismal font in the lower border; in the top border is the all-seeing eye. Printed in brown and black, the certificate cites several Biblie verses.
